It is my belief that we can all aspire to better health & that, more so, we are entitled to do so.
I qualified as a Unani Tibb Herbalist in 2015 having trained under Hakim M Salim Khan of CoMHA (College of Medicine and Healing Arts – Leicester) for 3.5 years. I wrote my dissertation on hijama (cupping) and went on to qualify as an hijama therapist at the Institute of Clinically Applied Hijama Therapy – Cert. Distinction. I am also qualified as a colon hydrotherapist having trained with The National College of Colon Hydrotherapy, attaining a 90% Distinction certificate and am a level 3 qualified massage therapist.
I am the Secretary of The Guild of Unani-Tibb and a member of ICAHT.
It is my aim to work towards helping provide natural health solutions for all, in; education, training and health facilities – particularly for those who may not ordinarily be able to afford treatment. To this end I have introduced a reduced cost weekly drop-in clinic and have facilitated a number of free community events within our Health Matters! seminar.
